The term 'Dementia' describes a set of symptoms that may include memory loss, difficulties with thinking, problem solving or language.  At New Day Care we understand the devastating impact dementia can have on your life. Our approach to dementia care respects you as a person rather than your condition.  We will use your life story to build a picture of your likes/dislikes, family and history.

The care you require may vary from pop in visits throughout the day to assist with personal care, medication or meals, or you may prefer for one of our live in carers to be with you 24 hours a day where our specialist carers will assist throughout the day with all aspects of your daily living tasks.

Our in-house team will work closely with your family and or carers to ensure you receive the best possible care for your needs, we recognise familiarity and consistency are very beneficial for people with demetia so we will ensure the same carers are arranged to support your package.
